Russian beverages producer mulls

IPO  RBC, 12.05.2008, Moscow 10:31:53.Russia's beverage producer OST Group is set to find a portfolio investor during the IPO of its alcohol beverages business. The investor will be offered 15-20 percent in OST-Alko and distribution companies, RBC Daily wrote today. The funds raised would be used for new acquisitions expanding OST-Alko's market share. Experts believe that potential investors include foreign investment funds who are setting sights on the Russian alcoholic beverages market. OST, in turn, is looking to both Russian and foreign investment funds, and expects the IPO to be over by the end of the year.
